What you’re looking at here is the popular Blue Elf 2009 Multi JAMMA PCB. This version has 309 arcade games on a single encased JAMMA board roughly the size of a Neo-Geo AES cart (slightly smaller). The board has everything, including the cast majority of the most popular Neo-Geo, Capcom CPS 1, 2, and 3 games. In addition to classic SHMUPS like dodonpachi, etc. That’s just the good news. The bad news is that the emulation is shoddy for nearly all of the CPS 2 and CPS 3 fighting games. The side scrollers and shoot em’ ups are playable, but unfortunately Street Fighter 3 and Street Fighter Zero 3 are not. Why, because some Hong Kong company opted to make a small JAMMA board with many titles that was cheap and easy to make. As a result we have a JAMMA board that basically runs on a tiny PCB with an ARM processor and a 4GB SD Card. Check the video and see for yourself. There are quite a few flaws. Also, sorry for the mess in the background, the shaky cam, and the quality of the video.
